AUTOMATIC FIRE-EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM FOR BELT CONVEYORS
This system protects drums of drive heads, tension stations and linear sections of belt conveyors against fire. Extinguishing is carried out by automatic or manual activation of the start valve and water supply from the fire water-spraying pipeline to the fire-extinguishing system. The system is automatically activated when the ambient temperature rises above 68 ºС.
AUTOMATIC WATER CURTAIN
The unit can be applied as an automatic fire-extinguishing system for workings, chambers, belt conveyors, feeder-breakers, coal stockyards, etc.
COMPACT POWDER-FOAM FIRE-EXTINGUISHING UNIT
The unit is designed for remote combined extinguishing of developed underground fires with powder and air-mechanical foam in horizontal, inclined and vertical workings, including blind workings ventilated by a local ventilation fan.
GRANULAR-TYPE FLAME ARRESTER
The flame arrester is designed to extinguish and prevent the penetration of flame into adjacent sections of gas pipelines or ingress of flame from the environment into the gas pipeline of mine gas-suction plants.
GROUTING - ROCK DUSTING UNIT
The grouting–rock dusting unit is designed for rock dusting of mine workings with rock dust or dust binding solutions, as well as for injecting grouting mortars into the rock mass or coal during mine-rescue or technical works on the isolation of mined out areas.
MOBILE VALVE (LOCK AND RELEASE)
The mobile valve is designed for maintaining water in the fire sprinkler pipe under overpressure and quick automatic water start when the temperature in the control zone rises to 68 ° C.
MONOLITH-1M MIXING AND PUMPING UNIT
The unit is designed for dosed supply of cement grouts. The unit is used in the construction of explosion resistant and isolation seals, as well as for filling domes and other voids above or outside mining excavation roof support. The unit may be used as a water pump.
MULTI-PURPOSE GROUTING –ROCK DUSTING UNIT
The multi-purpose grouting–rock dusting unit is intended for rock dusting of mine roadways with inert dust or dust binding solutions, as well as for injecting grouting mortars into the rock mass or coal during mine-rescue or technical works on the isolation of mined out areas.
MULTIFUNCTION FIRE NOZZLE
The nozzle is designed to form and direct a solid and sprayed jet of water or a working solution of the film-forming surface-active agent such as “light water” onto fire, create a protective curtain and block the air current.
NITROGEN FOAM GENERATOR
The generator is designed to mix water with a foaming agent, generate an inert foam by injecting nitrogen gas or liquid into the foaming mixture and supplying it through boreholes and underground pipelines to the areas of spontaneous combustion for the purposes pf their prevention, localization and suppression.
REMOTE PIPE OPENING UNIT
The unit is designed to localize and extinguish fires in blind mine workings. The unit consists of two parts: a release device complete with a compressed air tank and an end device.
SCREW-TYPE WATER SPRAY
The screw-type water spray is designed to prevent spreading of underground fires and eliminate ignition sources in horizontal, inclined and vertical workings.
SPECIAL PURPORSE NOZZLE
The nozzle is designed to determine the static and dynamic water pressure in the mine pipelines for calculating water loss during extinguishing underground fires.
WATER BARRIER UNIT
The unit is designed to prevent and localize fires in horizontal and inclined workings.
WATER FILTER
The filter is designed for cleaning water from mechanical impurities to enhance reliability of water-spraying and fire-fighting systems in mining conditions at positive ambient temperatures.
WATER JET BREAK UNIT
The water jet break unit is designed to reduce water pressure in the fire sprinkler pipe located in the underground mine at the depth of over 200 m.

“SCREEN” FOAM GENERATOR UNIT
