The unit is designed for dosed supply of cement grouts. The unit is used in the construction of explosion resistant and isolation seals, as well as for filling domes and other voids above or outside mining excavation roof support. The unit may be used as a water pump.
Distinctive features:
premixing chamber;
maximum distance of grout pumping through the dismountable pressure pipe is 350 m (the pipe is supplied at the customer’s request);
cement grouts do not harden during pumping through the pipeline;
smaller weight and dimensions compared to the similar equipment, which allows to use it in emergency situations;
dismountable design;
suitable for operation at temperatures from +1 to + 40 °С.
If the unit needs to be delivered to the work site through the hole pipe of the previously installed seal and to other inaccessible areas of underground workings, it is dismantled into separate blocks.
