MIST ATOMIZER

The mist atomizer is designed for operation in dust suppression systems (dust binding and precipitation) in mine workings, at coal washing plants and other production facilities with rapid dust generation.

The operation of the mist atomizer is based on a high (over 20 m/s) velocity of external collision of water jets with a minimum impact angle of 120% which forms an atomized water spray in the form of a solid cone during jet crushing.

The mist atomizer comes complete with a fine water filter.

The mist atomizer is mounted to a roof shield at an angle of 45 degrees up the stream and connected by the filter inlet to the valve outlet of the main pipeline directly or through an adapter.
