It is designed to maintain the required ventilation mode in an isolated area during the construction of explosion resistant or isolation seals from gypsum, concrete or Tekblend to seal the hole after its completion, as well as to remove residual fire gases, carry out fire reconnaissance and evaluate fire extinguishing results.
The hole pipe is manufactured in three types: 1 — with one explosion resistant lid and plug; 2 — with two explosion resistant lids; 3 — with two plugs. Type 1 and 2 pipes are used when building an explosion resistant seal, type 3 pipe is only used when building an isolation seal. If the pipe is used in inclined workings, brackets are mounted along the entire length to facilitate climbing.
It is suitable for operation at temperatures from 0 to + 40 °С.
At the customer’s request it is possible to manufacture pipes of any number of intermediate sections, with an internal diameter of 810 mm or 1208 mm.
